A gated residential community known as Equine Estates is planned for the World Equestrian Center Ocala. The property will feature 300 farm estates on multi-acre lots coming soon. Home sites in Equine Estates will enjoy close proximity to events at the World Equestrian Center. In addition, amenities including an on-site veterinary practice for large and small animals along with laundry/dry cleaning services will be available. Currently, residential opportunities including condominiums are available in neighboring Golden Ocala.
