Will Whitehurst - REALTOR®

After graduating from Ocala Christian Academy in 2002, Will began his professional journey by joining his family’s established asphalt and infrastructure business. Over the next 22 years, he gained comprehensive experience in the industry, developing expertise in technical operations, project management, and strategic planning. Will’s dedication to improving roadways and infrastructure reflected his commitment to enhancing the quality of life for motorists and local communities.

As he advanced within the company, Will assumed increasing responsibilities, eventually managing multi-million-dollar state and municipal projects as a Project Manager. In this capacity, he led teams, ensured projects were completed on schedule, and upheld high standards for quality and safety. His leadership and performance led to his promotion as Vice President of Operations, where he contributed to company strategy and oversaw large-scale operations.

Following the passing of his father in 2023, Will decided to retire from construction to pursue new opportunities that would allow him to continue serving others while honoring his family’s legacy. In 2024, he joined Ocala Homes and Farms Realty, leveraging his extensive project management and client relations experience to assist clients with buying and selling homes and properties. Today, Will remains dedicated to supporting families in Ocala and North Central Florida, guiding them through real estate transactions and fostering strong community relationships.
